The LKO/L-KOPIA LD Clear & WideLoad Data Base Program is a combination of LKO/L-KOPIA LD-ClearLoad and LKO/L-KOPIA WideLoad programs connected to a database program (for all size railroad systems). The data-base program can be used with both ClearLoad and WideLoad files. This enables a combined Clearance & WideLoad simulation. The LKO/L-KOPIA WideLoad program can today also handle super-elevation and/or cross-level on adjacent tracks (if the track center distances have been measured with the new function or re-processed with route files).

The System Map is created by the Customer. The Map is used for both CUS (clearance) & CTC (track centers) files.

The WideLoad program includes “On-Track” and “Adjacent Track” dimensions (“same width from bottom to top”), plus “Safety Margin”. The program also includes a “Sort-function” for sorting track numbers and mile/km order.

The ClearLoad result is presented as LOG-files and/or PDF-Plots. LKO/L-KOPIA can customize the LOG-files for specialized use (such as restrictions for train-movements etc.).

The LKO/L-KOPIA LD Clear & WideLoad Data Base Program software is built on 25 years of ClearLoad and WideLoad programming experience. L-KOPIA AB in Sweden developed the first DOS ClearLoad version in 1985. The first DOS based track center program came in 1988. The present version uses Windows XP OS (will also be tested with Windows 7).
